The Tool
cleanenergycard.com — Start Here
Everything runs through the card. Phone or laptop, same flow.
1
Open cleanenergycard.com (or the app) and log in with your rep credentials.
2
Confirm your territory is loaded on the map before you leave the house.
3
Pin today's route — nonprofits first, then commercial fill-ins.
4
Keep the card open all day; every action logs to your pipeline automatically.

9 / 15
Step 1
Prospecting
Build a list you can actually work today.
1
Filter for nonprofits: churches, schools, clinics, shelters, community centers.
2
Verify decision maker — pastor, director, facilities manager.
3
Note lighting type and building size from the street view.
4
Save each prospect to the card so it shows on your map.
5
Goal: 25 qualified prospects loaded before 10:00 AM.

Weekly Training Board · Week of August 25, 2026
10 / 15
Step 2
Cold Calling
Short call. One objective: book the lighting audit.
1
Open: 'Hi, this is ___ with Clean Energy Here — we cut lighting costs for nonprofits in your area.'
2
Qualify: 'Who handles the building's lighting and utility bills?'
3
Value: 'We do a free lighting audit and show the savings in writing — no cost, no obligation.'
4
Ask: 'Are you at the building today, or is tomorrow morning better?'
5
Log the outcome in the card immediately — no notes on paper.

Step 3
Geo-Locating Clients
Turn the map into a route, not a wish list.
1
Tap Geo-Locate to pull every prospect within your radius.
2
Sort by distance and by nonprofit tag.
3
Drop a pin at the building the moment you arrive — that stamps the visit.
4
Work the cluster: never drive past three doors to reach one.

Weekly Training Board · Week of August 25, 2026
12 / 15
Step 4
After You Geo-Locate
On-site checklist — finish every one of these before you leave.
Save the card to the account record.
Photograph the driver's license or business card and attach it.
Confirm contact name, mobile number, and email in the card.
Set the lighting audit: do it now, or book a return time on the calendar.
Walk the building — count fixtures, note ceiling height and burn hours.
Review savings with the decision maker before you walk out.

Weekly Training Board · Week of August 25, 2026
13 / 15
Step 5
Close Out the Work
From audit to scheduled install.
Submit the audit and generate the savings proposal.
Get the signature on the card while you are still on-site.
Scope the work to be done: fixtures, labor, access, timeline.
Hand off to install scheduling the same day.
Set the follow-up reminder before you close the app.
